This policy explains how Burning Bridges AI Video (the “Service”), available at burningbridges-aivideo.org, handles information when you use our AI video generation website. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
We use this information to create and secure accounts, generate and deliver videos, manage subscriptions and credits, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Optional analytics, if enabled, help us understand and improve the Service.
We do not use your uploaded media, prompts, generated videos, or related task data to train or fine-tune AI models operated by us. We do not sell this content. To generate a video, we send the necessary media, prompt, and task information to SeeAPI and the upstream model or infrastructure provider used for that request. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices; please review SeeAPI’s Privacy Policy. We cannot make a blanket promise about the independent practices of every upstream provider.
The current Service implementation stores uploaded media in its configured object storage and stores generation prompts, options or media URLs, provider task IDs, status, and returned task results in its application database. We have not implemented a fixed automatic deletion period for these files or records. Uploaded file URLs are used to request generation and may be accessible to anyone who obtains the URL, depending on storage configuration. We may retain account, transaction, and security records for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Contact us if you want us to review a deletion request; some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
SeeAPI’s current documentation says task logs are retained for 60 days and generated assets have no automatic expiration. Provider retention can change; see SeeAPI’s task documentation. Download outputs you want to keep, and avoid uploading sensitive material unless you are comfortable with this processing and storage.
We share only information needed to provide the Service with our hosting and storage providers, SeeAPI and its upstream generation providers, payment processors, and service or analytics vendors when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our legal rights. These providers may process information in countries or regions different from yours and apply their own safeguards and policies.
Essential cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, security, and core site functions. Optional analytics technologies are used only when configured for the Service. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.
Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and describe what you need. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
We use reasonable safeguards for the Service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share. The Service is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use it under the laws that apply to them. Do not submit sexual or exploitative content involving a minor.
We may update this policy as the Service or its data practices change. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will be announced through the Service or another reasonable channel where required.
