1. About these terms

These Terms apply to Burning Bridges AI Video, an AI video generation service available at burningbridges-aivideo.org (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Keep your account information accurate and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the Service only as permitted by applicable law. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload each image, likeness, prompt, or other material. Do not use the Service to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate or deceive others unlawfully, create non-consensual intimate imagery, exploit or sexualize minors, or generate unlawful, abusive, or otherwise harmful content. We may suspend access to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

3. Your content and generated results

You retain any rights you hold in the material you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that material only as needed to operate the Service, fulfill your generation request, provide support, and protect the Service. We do not claim ownership of your submitted material or generated results.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to results generated for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use of them is lawful. We do not promise a particular result, quality, availability, or that an output is unique or free of third-party rights. Third-party model or provider terms may also apply to generation and use of results.

4. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

The Service may offer one-time purchases and recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. The price, billing interval, included features, credits, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. A one-time purchase does not recur unless checkout clearly says otherwise. By starting a subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed price at each renewal until you cancel.

You can request cancellation through your account’s billing settings or the payment provider, as applicable. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise or law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access to paid features continues through the period already paid for. 5. Credits and free offers

We may offer free, login, promotional, or purchased credits. The amount, eligibility, expiration, and use rules may change and will be shown in the Service or at purchase. Free or promotional credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn for future offers. Purchased credits and any unused balance are subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.
